Automatic soap dispensers are currently widely used in public toilets. Most of the soap dispensers on the market nowadays are fully automatic sensing liquid, and you can use the soap liquid to clean your hands without touching it, which is very convenient and hygienic. When we use the soap dispenser, we often encounter the situation that the soap dispenser does not dispense liquid, so what is the reason for the lack of liquid from the soap dispenser?
Summary
The reason why the soap dispenser does not leak
The hand sanitizer is gone
If you observe that the soap is exhausted through the soap observation hole of the soap dispenser. After manually adding the hand sanitizer first, the soap dispenser can discharge liquid normally. The problem is solved.
Soap dispenser is clogged
The blockage of the soap dispenser is usually due to long-term non-use, the moisture in the hand sanitizer evaporates, which causes the hand sanitizer to thicken and clog the liquid outlet. Therefore, the soap dispenser cannot normally give the user hand sanitizer.
Solution: Inject an appropriate amount of water to dilute the hand sanitizer. If you use hot water, the effect will be better. After waiting for a period of time, the soap dispenser can be used normally.
Too much air in the liquid storage tank
This phenomenon mostly occurs in manual soap dispensers. The main way for manual soap dispensers to release hand sanitizer is to press the liquid outlet pipe. If there is too much air in the liquid outlet pipe, it will be difficult to press the hand sanitizer.
Solution: You can take out the pressing tube outside the soap dispenser, and then clean the excess hand sanitizer outside, pour in clean water and press or use the soap dispenser to exhaust the air in the outlet tube.
Inferior soap dispenser
There are many types of soap dispensers on the market. Manufacturers have different quality and public welfare, and it is easy to buy inferior soap dispensers. For example, some manufacturers use low-quality stainless steel to make soap dispensers: the thickness is not enough or the anti-corrosion effect is not good. Long-term use may cause structural damage or rust. As a result, the soap dispenser cannot discharge normally. The inferior soap dispenser sensor is not sensitive when the fluid is discharged, which affects the use; if the fluid is not filtered, the soap outlet of this soap dispenser is often blocked, and hand sanitizer is not discharged.
Solution: It is recommended to choose a formal channel when buying, try to choose a big brand, and the quality is guaranteed. We, POWER are a professional manufacturer of soap dispensers. The soap dispensers we produce are excellent in material selection and exquisite workmanship and have passed CE, CB, FCC, ROHS and other testing certification.
The pump head is blocked or broken
Generally, the pump head is blocked because there is a foam-producing mesh structure in the foam hand sanitizer pump head. Air and hand sanitizer will pass through this net. If there are dust and fibers in the air and hand sanitizer, the net will be blocked. Can not produce bubbles. The push-type pump heads on the market generally only use one bottle of hand sanitizer for the time it takes to block bubbles.
Solution: Replace with a new pump head or a new filter.
The battery is dead or the power supply is loose
Replace with new battery and reconnect power.
Note: Do not mix old and new batteries.
